From the Archive

A recent inquiry has lead me to some sculptures I had not thought of in quite some time. I always enjoyed this series. I hope to return to them sometime. The interplay between the wood and steel was something that I rather enjoyed. The inorganic elements supporting the organic ones. The organic elements unable to survive without the inorganic. Not surprisingly this piece and series was called Symbiotic. After a little restoration it was ready to ship out. I wonder where and how the other works from this series are doing?

Thanks so much Rob for letting me return to this one.

Symbiotic

26”x13”x13”

Cherry wood, railroad spikes, steel, brass, rubber
